To celebrate Valentine's Day we are offering a special menu for the entire month of February. This 5 course menu is sure to be the perfect gift for that special someone in your life.
Course 1 (Soup)
Lobster bisque with tomato relish and corn-cheddar tuile.
Course 2 (Salad)
Herb salad consisting of basil, mint, dill, tarragon, cilantro, and scallions. Served with blood orange vinaigrette, goat cheese and prosciutto.
Course 3 (Small Plate)
Beets and berries combine to give this home made pasta its vibrate fuchsia color. They are filled with a mixture of duck confit, duxelles and manchego cheese and served in a classic pesto sauce.
Course 4 (Entree)
Peppercorn and thyme crusted rack of lamb served with confit potatoes, and poached baby veggies in caper aioli.
Course 5 (Pastry)
Poached Peach feuilletes with blackberry sorbet and puff pastry and fresh berries.
